SELL GROUPS
Our most successful independent consultants sell GROUPS. They find someone who is a pied piper in an association, a club, a church, work etc. and they ask hime/her: "Would you like to go to the Caribbean (or cruise or Hawaii etc) for free?" Do you think anyone ever said "No?"

Then you book a date way in advance, create a flier and have that person do the selling to that special interest group. Check with us on how to arrange the free package BEFORE making any firm promises. We will also help you write up an agreement. And watch the sales come in. The beauty is you only have to sell one person - that pied piper and that person does the selling of the group but you get the group commissions!

Who could be that pied piper? How about a golf pro, a dance instructor, a pastor, a cop, a fireman or woman, a trainer, a wine store owner, a scrapbook guru, a bowling champ, a Kiwanis president and so on and so on.

DON'T ACT SMALL TIME
In today's competitive environment you have to give your clients the feeling that you have access to the latest packages and pricing. Credibility is the name of the game and it is created by perception. If you look small time you will get cheap clients who will give you small time business and lots of pain. You are part of a $3 billion organization and all your advertising, business cards and literature, email blasts should look that way.
LOST A SALE DUE TO PRICE? MAKE SURE IT IS APPLES TO APPLES
If you are about to lose a sale because the client claims the price is lower somewhere else it may or may not be true. Most of the time it is NOT same hotel category, NOT the same flight times, more air stops, different day or something similar
. In many cases your competitor is just quoting without checking availability. In that case grab the space before he does and hold it, especially if the space is limited you get to knock the competitor out and he can't book it!

In case of cruises your competitor may have booked group space a year before to get lower prices. You might not be able to beat her on that week but you could beat her on a different week. Check Signature &Authorized Agents group cruise inventory to see if we have group space on that ship. If it is a different week see if you can suggest that week.

2008 MEMBERSHIP FEES

Congratulations to the many of you who did $20,000 and up in commissions in 2007 as part time consultants. Great job!!!

The basic fee schedule for 2008 for those who have been with us for a year is:
  • Over $5000 in gross commissions last 12 months: ZERO yearly fee for basic hosting and 80% commission this year
  • Between $2000 and $5001 in gross commissions last 12 months: $39 for the year
  • Between  $1,000 and $2001 in gross commissions in last 12 months $79 for the year
  • Beween $500 and $1000 it is $99 for this year
  • Under $500 for the year we will have to chat  before acceptance to see what we can do together to help you get those bookings up. If our chat goes well we will e-mail you the latest application.
