Agents
must meet eligibility requirements:

a. Travel agents must have been employed as
a full-time travel counselor for at least 6 months with the same agency.
|
|
b. Agent's name must appear on the ARC/IATA
list and/or submit a copy of their CLIA membership certificate and a
business card.
|
|
c. Agency must be in business for a minimum
of 3 years. Copy of agency
business license or other supporting documentation is required.
|
|

The
number of cabins and date when the cabins are released for this promotion
is capacity controlled and is at the discretion of Windstar Cruises.
Bookings will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Sailings may be withdrawn from this
program without notice.

GUESTS
MUST CHOOSE TO BOOK EITHER THE 59/30 DAY RATE OR THE 29/0 DAY RATE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A BOOKING
MADE AT THE 59/30 DAY RATE BE RETRO-PROTECTED TO THE 29/0 DAY RATE.

APPLICATIONS WILL HAVE PRIORITY AHEAD OF ALL 29/0 APPLICATIONS. ALL 59/30 APPLICATIONS WILL BE OFFERED
OUT PRIOR TO ANY 29/0 APPLICATIONS BEING OFFERED. IN THE EVENT THAT IT IS INSIDE OF 30
DAYS AND THERE ARE STILL 59/30 DAY APPLICATIONS THAT WERE NOT ABLE TO BE
CONFIRMED DUE TO CABIN AVAILABILITY, THE 59/30 DAY APPLICATIONS WILL BE
OFFERED OUT AT THE HIGHER RATE PRIOR TO THE 29/0 APPLICATIONS.

At
least one person in each stateroom must be a qualifying travel agent. Two
cabins per sailing per agency allowed. Additional cabins for additional
qualified travel agents may be requested on the same sailing, but will
only be considered based on space availability after all other standby
applications have been processed.

Travel
Agent bookings must be made directly through WSC reservations via FAX at
206-733-2729 or email Inventory.control@windstarcruises.com. Travel Agents must fill out an
application. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THIS PROMOTION. A CONFIRMATION RECEIPT WILL BE FAXED OR
EMAILED TO APPLICANT. WSC WILL
CONTACT APPLICANT IF/WHEN A CABIN IS AVAILABLE.

Applies
to new bookings only. Absolutely
no bookings will be converted to this promotion, including prior booked
standby rates at a higher rate.

|
Suites
are available for the Wind Surf on a request basis only and are $1,000
per person additional (7 day sailings). Suites are VERY limited and
subject to Windstar's discretion as to when and if they may be
booked. Bridge Suites are not applicable.
|
|
8.
|
Companion
of guest sails at the same rate.
Offer applies to specific categories noted for each sailing
ONLY. Does NOT apply to Owner's
Cabins. Thirds sail at the twin
rate. Singles sail at 175% of the
twin rate for category B & 200% for Suites.

No
children 5 years of age or younger will be allowed to travel on this promotion.
Proof of child's age may be required (passport or birth certificate).

Travel
Agent fares are on a cruise-only basis and are non-commissionable. NDA's
are included and taxes and fuel surcharge are additional. NO pre/post or
Home City Air is available. TCP is
NOT available. NO other offers apply including Air Inclusive, ASAP, Group
or Alumni discounts or Alumni on-board recognition programs. NOT combinable with any shipboard
credits.

Full
payment, including NDA's, taxes and fuel surcharge, are due immediately
after acceptance of offer. Once
booking is confirmed and accepted, 100% penalty applies. No Refunds allowed. Verification of employment MUST
accompany final payment.
